Return and Refund Policy

At Reveal LLC, we are committed to providing exceptional health and wellness services tailored to your needs. We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and we want to ensure transparency regarding our refund policy.

Please review the following terms:

Initial Consultation: All new clients are offered an initial consultation to assess their goals and determine if our services are a good fit. This consultation is free or priced as specified, and there are no refunds for consultations once completed.
Packages and Services: Refunds for coaching packages, programs, or services are only available under specific circumstances. If you are not satisfied with the service you’ve received, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase to discuss your concerns.
Cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to do so may result in a forfeiture of that session, and no refund will be issued for missed appointments.
Refund Eligibility: Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and may be provided if:
- The services provided were significantly different from what was agreed upon.
- You have a legitimate reason for discontinuing the agreed upon services due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies).
- Refunds are generally not offered for dissatisfaction with results, as health and wellness progress is unique to each individual and may take time to show visible improvements.
Partial Refunds: In the event that a refund is granted, a partial refund may be issued based on the services rendered up until that point, with the remaining balance refunded.
Refunds After Completion: Once a package or program is fully completed, no refunds will be issued.
